A nice clean place to stay at after spending the day exploring Austin. Check in was easy, house was clean, kitchen was stocked with kitchenware, bathroom clean, plenty of towels. We were very satisfied with the accommodations. Thank you!

House fit our need for a local event at COTA. House and kitchen were well stocked with needed amenities. There is a small charcoal grill in the back yard.

Overall great place!

Excellent neighborhood for walking yourself or pets! Owner/Manager had water in the fridge on arrival along with a few other "oops I forgot" items. Fully stocked kitchen, beds and pillows were comfy. Kitchen trash can was full when we arrived, as were the outside cans, but we squished and made room. The only suggestion we have would be replacing the very uncomfortable and small couch in the livingroom. It was nearly unbearable and with more than 2 people, there is no place to sit and relax or watch TV. Other than that, property is as described and very nice!!

Great stay

Backyard was over grown but all in all, would definitely stay again. House was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. Fun bars and eateries to go to with in 5 minutes.

Definitely stay here again

Great spot, very clean and well equipped! The only negative was checking in, but that had to do with the app, not the place or the host… Henry was very responsive and apologetic (about the app) when we had to contact him

Nice Quiet Stay

I was working at a conference in Austin for four days, so it was really nice to escape the city, people, and noise. The house was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The backyard was nice and big and very quiet. The lights around the seating area in the back created a nice obeisance. I will definitely return to Pflugerville the next time I have a work conference in Austin. By the way, the Venezuelan restaurant that is a few minutes from the house had the best steak and empanadas. FD’s seafood and grill had great seafood just in case you are not familiar with the area.

Great House & Helpful Host

This property housed us perfectly. It’s just outside out of nearly everywhere you would need or want to go. We had wifi issues, but Henry was quick to get in contact and help us work through it.

Very nice!

Loved our stay. House was clean and well stocked. Yard was great and bed was comfy. I wish the couch had been a little larger and more comfortable and/or maybe an additional chair in the living room, but that’s the only thing I could criticize. Quiet location near awesome food choices and coffee. Highly recommend!

Great rental in the Austin area

The home was perfect for our visit to Austin. We have friends who live in Pflugerville and we wanted to be close to them and also close to all that Austin has to over. The owner had water on hand and perfect communication during the stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with stores only a couple miles away. The backyard was perfect. The Edison lights looked great. I think the only suggestion I would give would be to have a REAL BBQ for outdoor cooking instead of a small fire table, but other than that, it was just perfect. Will stay again next time we are in the area. Wonderful place.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

Our weekend stay at this house in Pflugerville was great. The yard was perfect for our two dogs we brought along, the house was clean, and it had everything we needed. Check in and out was super simple as well. And we really enjoyed having a couple coffee shops only a 6 minute walk away in the mornings.

Very nice stay in Texas

Great Rental

Cute 3 bed 1 bath house. Plenty of kitchen equipment to cook, full size washer & dryer. Nice fenced backyard. Close to downtown Pflugerville and walking distance to a few restaurants, bars and a food truck area. Property manager had great communication.

Perfect Stay

This property is very nice and in a very good location. Neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely stay here again in future visits to Austin. Property manager was very prompt in any correspondence I had with him.
