  • Howdy from Texas 🤠!! NO PETS ALLOWED.The POOL is Open, but it's NOT Heated. I did add a Nice Hot Tub, for everyone to enjoy 😃! The master bedroom also has a jacuzzi tub! Game room for the kides and adults to enjoy.

    This super cleaned 2,000 sq ft house set in a lush backyard with a pool, seperate hot tub, grill, lounge chairs, hammocks in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of downtown Austin. House comfortably accommodates 10 with plenty of space to gather and regroup. Hiking trails,grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and Water Park are all nearby!

    Please note that this isn't a Party House, its a quiet neighborhood and its key to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet times are 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday. The outdoor lights,pool lights, will automatically turn off at these times. Please come inside and enjoy the big screen tv and game room. Thanks for understanding!

Highly recommend!!!! Communication was so easy from arriving to departure. The home has a ton of space and my family made memories here that will last a lifetime. Thank you for allowing ua to stay in the home it was perfect.

Great stay!

We loved our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of space. The pool and hot tub were fun, but the best part was the game room. The host is also very helpful and responsive.

Great time

Wish we would have stayed longer. The house was very accommodating. The pool was relaxing and the game room was a big hit. We were celebrating Father’s Day weekend with family and there was enough room for everybody.

Great visit. In town for the Longhorn game and alumni events. Location was great and our four grandkids loved the game room. The house was extremely well stocked. Eight of us fit with plenty of room to spare. Will definitely consider returning.

Great accommodations.

A great family venue. Pool, hot tub and game room were a hit! Beds were very comfortable. House close to retail, restaurants and not far from airport. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and living room was a great family space. Neighborhood was good for walks, running with parks nearby. Great communication with host. Recommended for family stay.

Dan was a wonderful host, very polite and always available to answer any questions during our stay. The house looked exactly like the picture we definitely felt at home. We loved it! Dan was so easy to deal with and a quick communicator. Most importantly - the house was very clean, no bugs anywhere, water pressure in shower was strong and the air conditioning was nice and cold! Our teenage and adult boys loved all the games and the pool was fantastic! We will be back again for sure! Thanks Dan!

Recommended

Had a lovely stay in this huge house with its large garden and pool. It has all the facilities you need to keep one and two families happy. From the well equipped kitchen, to bedrooms with the most amazing bunk beds we have ever seen, large lounge and sitting areas, and to the outdoor space and games room. Communication from the owner was excellent and the pool was cleaned everyday for us as it was spring and the pollen flew in on the breeze.

Overall the experience was fun and memorable for everyone. There were plenty of beds to accommodate a family gathering of 9, the pool and hot tub were lots of fun, and a game room that kept all the kiddos entertained. The host was able to communicate effectively when he needed us to change our dates for our stay, but the only issue was the house wasn’t completely ready when we arrived. We had to wait about 3 hours after check in to use the pool because he needed to come by to remove the vacuum and clean out the leaves. Compared to other places we’ve stayed we did notice the rules were a bit more strict with the outside curfew, papers posted around the house with instructions for several rooms, as well as being responsible for taking their trash and recycling cans to the curb when we checked out. On the first night there was an issue with finding a dead cockroach in one of the bunk bed sheets, as well as another dead roach in the dining room the following day. Overall, it was fun but maybe shake out the sheets before bed and wash any dishes before using.

Great House!

I rented this property for a two day music festival for myself and six others and the house was fantastic! It had everything we needed and then some! We loved the game room and playing pool! Weather wasn’t really hot enough for the pool but the hot tub did get used once. Owner was super friendly and made sure we got checked in and had everything we needed. I would stay here again if I was ever back in this area!

Good relaxation

Rental was as described, host was responsive to minor issue we had. Enjoyed a weekend of floating about in the pool and playing games in the games room. Neighbours are close, but they do not overlook the property and we did not see or hear any of them. Was easy to navigate to, but the neighbourhood was quiet and we were undisturbed

Christmas exchange

This roomy open floor plan had more than enough area for my family to gather for the holidays. The game room was a big hit with the kiddo’s! I personally enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor scenery. Shopping center and grocery store were minutes from the home. Management staff was very responsive answering all of my questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again!

Great home with spacious layout!

Well, I have to start off by saying that we picked the worst week that we could have possibly picked (02-14-21 through 02-19-21) to visit Texas... Yep, the bitterly cold week that will certainly go down Texas history. However, with that said, the property owner was more than gracious and accommodating to my family and I. He quickly responded to ALL of our questions and checked in on us frequently. We're looking forward to revisiting this home in the warmer months as the property boasts an inground pool, hot tub and even a couple of hammocks to relax in. Not to mention the indoor game room to keep the kids (or child at heart adults like myself) entertained for hours! *Would highly recommend this property to a friend.
