The Space:
This home's spacious, multi-level back patio will have you feeling like you're at a boutique resort! Enjoy sun loungers, umbrellas, and comfortable seating on the lower level next to the sparkling pool. On the upper patio, curl up next to the fire pit or gather around the outdoor dining table while enjoying the Hill Country views. The yard offers plenty of room to play, bag toss, chair-hammocks, and a small children's playscape / treehouse is located just a few steps away.

THE DREAMY DRIPPING SPRINGS ESTATE
This spacious southern complex is nestled in the Texas Hill Country - just 5.2 miles from downtown Dripping Springs.
Enter through the front door (with keyless access) to find the primary living room. Natural light fills this space during the day - perfect for enjoying a good book on the couch. Head down the hall to the gourmet kitchen with an open concept design, modern appliances, and ample counter space. Home chefs will love whipping up memorable meals while loved ones gather around the flat screen TV in the second living room connected to the kitchen. Large sliding glass doors lead out to the back patio and pool.
Down the hall on the ground floor is a laundry room (available for guest use), a full guest bathroom, and a third living room / game room with a flat screen TV, card table, and comfortable seating.
Upstairs, you'll find all of the bedrooms. Bedroom One offers a Full over Full bunk bed, desk, and flat screen TV. Bedroom Two offers a Queen bed and flat screen TV. Bedroom Three offers a Twin over Full bunk bed and flat screen TV. Between Bedroom Three and Four is a second full guest bathroom with a shower / tub combo. Bedroom Four, the primary, offers a King bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. The primary ensuite bathroom is truly luxurious with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and bath tub overlooking the Hill Country.

1) While we love when our guests celebrate special occasions, this property does not operate as a venue and we do not permit events. Reservations are for accommodations only and additional guests other than the number of guests booked for are not permitted. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).
3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.
4) Pets ARE NOT permitted at any time.
