1) Requires minimum 6 months lease

2) Property backs up to 183A toll road which gives a great connectivity to different parts of Austin however you may experience some street noise from traffic in backyard & little street noise in the house which is hardly noticeable when TV is on.

3) Rent only covers heating of hot tub. Pool heating is not covered in the rent. If renter opts for pool heating then there will be extra charge of $50 per night for heating pool.

3) Pool hours between 10AM to 10PM and spa/hot tub can only heat the water between these hours .

4)Spa/Hot tub can heat the water between temperature 90 degree to 100 degree Fahrenheit.
