Charming 3-bedroom Townhome conveniently located in Georgetown

  • Welcome to your Georgetown townhome—modern, easygoing, and minutes from the Historic Square and Blue Hole Park, with quick toll road access. The open living/dining area flows into a cook-ready kitchen (gas range, microwave, toaster oven, full cookware). Pull up to the island’s three stools or gather at the dining table for six. Mix a drink at the built-in bar with mini-fridge, then head outside: xeriscaped front and back yards make lounging simple, and the built-in gas grill is ready for easy dinners. Sleep comes easy in three queen bedrooms (sleeps six) with a primary ensuite, a shared tub/shower bath, and a downstairs powder room. You’ll have fast Wi-Fi, central A/C, and an in-home washer/dryer. Parking is straightforward: a single-car garage and driveway, plus additional parking down the street. Guests also enjoy access to the neighborhood amenity center with a pool and gym. Bonus: shelves of books throughout for cozy mornings and wind-down nights.

The townhome was clean and spacious. We traveled for work and having a large kitchen, outdoor barbecue grill, and washer/dryer was great. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. My only recommendation would be to bring your own pillows as the pillows in the master bedroom were too hard for me....but everyone's pillow hardness requirements vary, so, what works for me may not work for someone else.Great clean/safe place to stay.

The owner provided great check in instructions and promptly responded to any questions. The kitchen accommodations were great and the beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely stay!

This place was set up so nice and stocked with items that we don’t often find. Simple things like tissue boxes, soap for the laundry, wrinkle free spray, lots of hangers and bath towels, extra toilet paper available in each bathroom, Board games, good Kitchen utensils and ground coffee!
