Welcome to your sprawling Austin retreat! Whether you’re here for a corporate trip or a large group getaway, our home is designed to be your private entertainment hub with easy access to the best of the city.
Flexible Bedroom & Sleeping Arrangements
We’ve optimized every inch of this home to ensure a large group can sleep comfortably without feeling crowded. Every bed features a memory foam mattress for a great night's sleep.
Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed (features extra comforters in the closet).
2nd Bedroom: 1 King Bed.
3rd Bedroom: 2 Single Beds.
4th Bedroom: 3 Single Beds.
Common Area/Flexible Space: 2 Folding Beds (located in the closets—feel free to set them up wherever you need the extra space!).

The Hub: A massive entertainment zone featuring a Pro Ohlhausen billiard table, bar seating, arcade games, and foosball.

Safety: For your protection, we have a Ring doorbell at the front and a surveillance camera in the backyard.
Quiet Hours: We love our neighbors! Please keep noise levels down after 11 PM.

Guest access
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire house and backyard, featuring a private heated swimming pool and hot tub. The space is fully loaded for entertainment with a Pro Olhausen pool table, foosball, and cornhole, plus a gas BBQ perfect for outdoor dining.
Other things to note
- Pool:
Can be heated up to 85 degrees Fahrenheit during spring and fall. Pool temperature is preset at 85 degrees Fahrenheit and is not adjustable.
Pool heater may not be effective in winter (December-February) if outdoor temperatures drop below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pool heater will be turned off during December and January. Pool heater will be turned on toward the end of February when weather permit.
- Hot tub:
The standalone hot tub can be heated up all year-round. The hot tub temperature is adjustable.
- Parking:
Please park a maximum of 4 vehicles on the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.
- Privacy:
This property is intended for guest stays and is not available for local parties or events.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
We kindly ask that you be mindful of noise levels and keep the noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening hours, to respect our neighbors.
- Charge:
The price you see initially for your reservation is the total amount you will pay, provided you accurately include the correct number of guests. Please be aware that we charge an additional $5 per guest per day for any guests beyond the six people in the reservation. This extra charge helps cover cleaning fees.
