We had a great stay, the room was nice and clean, check-in was easy, property was easy to navigate, and the clean staff was easy to work with. Hotel is in a great location with restaurants on property or nearby walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Hyatt Centric Congress Ave Austin
Everything was fine, except one of the servers at the restaurant lied to us, saying we could not pay with cash, and later we found out it was a lie, since other waiters said the next day that it was not true that we only had to pay with a card. The waitress was not nice.
