"Parking lot was full of ice in the handicap area not safe at all they could have scraped the ice gotten rid of it / security guard never in vehicle to help or assist / very limited parking plumbing in room 310 allows bugs to enter the bathroom/ never enough towels the rooms are very clean breakfast good price too high rooms / 300 pm check-in doesn’t work for me for the price other place to stay that offer more this place is highly overrated overpriced "

"The pool and area was clean but has a strong smell of propane. The staff at Starbucks cash register had no personality and was rude. The whiskey bar was a great spot to end the night. Our room was clean and beautiful!"

"The staff was friendly, the room was decent, when arrived, the shower in the bathroom was dripping non stop for a day told management, then next day the room next to me was being loud all night and day by singing and screaming, I informed front desk, the other front desk didn’t inform management instead did nothing on the 2nd day I also noticed spider webs behind the tv all over the wall and I noticed webs in the closet. I called to have them clean they didn’t put fresh towels as replacements, they didn’t even clean the whole room left the beds in the same way no clean sheets or making them up. The room next door still was having their speaker on blast while trying to sleep having karaoke. In the morning went to the bathroom found 2 roaches on the toilet and on the tub, went downstairs to ask for a compensation due to everything that happened. Showed them on my phone I had a complementary late checkout they did not honor it is they told me I would be a silver or gold membership holder. When I went back to the room, I informed my sister we got the two queen beds in one room. She took pictures of everything as well. Call the the front desk and inform them that she wants to speak to management and she’s going to let them know everything that happened. Basically what I wrote here and the only thing he said is that we had to leave by 12:30. Instead of 11, not giving us a later check out then we should have. "

"This was a nice facility, the smell of weed in the elevator was gross. Litter could have been picked up better in the lobby. We spent 4 nights here and we had no hot water four different times. A few mornings and a few nights. It was a good place other than that. Location to Ft.Worth Stockyards was a quick drive."

"The hotel is a short walk from the stockyards area. That is a wonderful place to visit with lots of restaurants, shopping, and general fun. The hotel itself is also very nice, with friendly staff, a nice breakfast area, and clean rooms. You do have to valet park at the hotel, but that is very common in that area."

"The place is clean and pretty. The staff member at night (blonde lady) was not professional. Did not greet us, no eye contact, rudeness in her voice. The staff member in the morning (curly hair lady) was amazing and nice. Very nice lady. I would recommend the place but also the staff should be nicer"

"Close to stockyards and to downtown. Very clean specious rooms. The towels were a bit too small. Also, no shampoo for guests. Overall very pleased with our stay."
