Ganz schlecht ist die Nummer - ätsch bätsch, gebucht ist gebucht, absagen kostet 100% von deinem Reisepreis. Es gibt Gründe, wie z.b. gesundheitliche Gründe da sollte man kulanter sein. "Staff was great, bar was supposed to be open until 11 and she closed it down around 10:20. Our room had poop smeared on the wall. Bathroom cups on the sink were dirty not clean. No shampoo or conditioner in shower it was actually water in the dispensers other than the body wash."
