Welcome to your home away from home.
Gorgeous 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, nestled in Evans GA, 7 miles from the Augusta National. All bedroom are upstairs, and we can supply an air mattress for additional guests. Open concept kitchen/great room/breakfast area with wrap around island/bar. Rocking chair front porch and tranquil back deck, overlooking a large private backyard. Available Saturday April 6, 2019 through Sunday April 14, 2019. A $1,200 refundable security deposit is due upon arrival. 50% of balance is due at contract signing and remaining balance is due 10 days prior to arrival. Can pay via Valid credit card and picture ID must be present to validate identification and as a security measures. Owners will stock the bar and kitchen for your connivance.
