"Die Wohnung war nicht ganz so wie in der Beschreibung, hatte weder Balkon noch Terasse, Dazu im Erdgeschoss, genau über dem Waschmaschinenkeller, was dazu führte das es auch sehr spät noch lauter wurde. Dazu kommt das die Doppelbetten nicht für Erwachsene über 80 Kg zu empfehlen sind, da diese nur 140cm breit sind und eher ein Campingbett darstellen. "Great stay! Rooms are huge making for a nice place to sit down after a lot of walking. The parcade is fantastic if you are driving in the city. The only challenge with the large room is that the AC didn’t cool off the bedroom very well just the living area, it is too noisy to open any windows with trams going all night. The breakfast is fantastic and well worth it. Overall a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"Do not stay on the fourth floor. It is the converted roof and the rooms have slanted ceilings. I was in room 401 and I had two slanted ceilings in the corner. Really they should be offering these rooms at a reduced rate and not the same class as a room with high ceilings. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and I do recommend it."

"Breakfast was very good. Room was okey for our one night stay. Check in was at 3 PM and ay first they said they weren’t allowed to take pur luggages and told us we could rent the storage boxes in the lobby, but our suitcases were bigger, so in the end, the receptionist took them to their back office. Same thing happened during check out. They reluctantly took them when I told them their colleauge took them the day before. It’s sad that a good hotel not taking responsibility and trying to make money even on luggages. The location was at the main train station which was another good thing about the hotel."

"We arrived at 11.0pm and the front door was closed and no staff available. The email that showed us how to get into the hotel and locate our room did not arrive until the following morning. We stayed 4 nights and the room was not refreshed at all during our stay. Whilst I understand that hoteliers need to control costs and I fully understand it is not necessary to clean or service a room every day, making sure that the rooms have enough dry towels, tea or coffee and bins are emptied must be the very least required "

"Tired hotel with no curtain in my room and far too hot although the radiator was switched off. The shower head would not hold up and the bed was very soft - ok for some people I know, but not me. There was no breakfast other than coffee and worst of all there is only a small time with any staff. That’s no help if you’re facing a keypad to get in. The telephone number to a sister hotel cuts off if you select the English option and if you take the German option they are not exactly helpful - I am still waiting for a call back that was promised in five minutes! "
