The hotel is nice, great staff, great location. Beds were perfect for me, hated the pillows. The shag carpet was a little off-putting. Overall a great stay in comparison. I would stay there again.

Located near the Augsburg Rathausplatz and within walking distance of the Augsburg HBhf. Rooms were spacious but had to be specifically requested for rooms with joined double beds vice two twin beds. Would stay here again because of location and price.

We had booked a family room for five people. The room was really spacious, clean, and above all, right. The beds were comfortable. We stayed for one night. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of cereals, spreads, and toppings. The location is excellent – right on the edge of the pedestrian zone.

Great location in the center of Augsburg. We were able to walk everywhere we needed easily. Hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful: one lady on staff gave us a fantastic recommendation for a traditional Bavarian restaurant a stone's throw from the hotel! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed.
