ルームスリッパが無い。 タオルが硬い。 フロント台が高く、カードリーダが見にくかった。 寝るだけと考えてたので普通にしました。

綺麗で清楚なホテルでした。 清掃も行き届き良かったです。 朝食は美味しく、楽しめました。 スタッフのみなさんありがとうございました😊^_^

中央駅に隣接した素晴らしい立地で、路線が集中しておりどこに行くのも便利 郵便局の古い建物をリノベーションした内装もモダンで豪華さを感じさせる 設備、朝食も大都市ので高級ホテルらしく素晴らしい

I was able to spend 4 nights and 5 days comfortably without any major inconveniences. The room looked exactly like the photos—actually, it was even cleaner and more beautiful than expected. On the first day, the shower drain was clogged, causing the entire bathroom floor, including the toilet area, to flood, which made me worried about the rest of my stay. However, when I returned to the hotel on the second day, the drainage issue had been fixed, which gave me a great sense of relief and trust in the hotel. I truly appreciate the staff’s prompt and attentive response. As for the downsides, it took about an hour to get to the city center, such as Marienplatz. Also, although I didn’t ask, there was no cleaning service during my stay. It would be nice if essentials like bath towels, toilet paper, and tissues were provided on the doorknob even if cleaning was not performed. There is a Lidl and a liquor store about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy food and drinks after returning. Despite a packed travel schedule, I was able to relax comfortably thanks to this hotel. Thank you very much!

I didn't know how to use the coffee maker. It is good if there is an instruction manual with illustrations etc.
