Welcome to this fantastic apartment which is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable with a balcony to enjoy the Skytower view and city views. Sit on high floor, this 98㎡ apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Free unlimited WiFi.

This self-contained apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms with two queen size beds and 1 double bed, all beds have high-quality linens to ensure that you have the best night sleep. In the spacious living area there is a comfy sofa, also living and dining area all opening out onto a generous balcony.

A fully equipped kitchen includes stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and pots, utensils, plates. A laundry area with a washer and a dryer, iron and an ironing board. Gym facilities, swimming pool and sauna are also available to relax. This comfortable apartment has everything you need to make your trip to Auckland City even more memorable.

The property was in a deplorable state, lacking cleanliness and hygiene. The bedsheets, pillows, and pillowcases were unsatisfactory. Additionally, the unit emitted an unpleasant odor. There was a complete lack of communication, with no responses to emails or messages. The cooking utensils provided were insufficient, and the sofa in the living area was uncomfortably low, resembling a seat on the floor. This property should not be permitted for rental accommodation.

This was a great apartment with amazing views, including a view of the sky tower! It had everything we needed and we could walk everywhere. There were so many places to eat nearby. Just be aware the third bedroom is off the living room and has no privacy. It is separated with glass sliding doors and no curtains or blinds. Our teenage daughter didn’t appreciate that.

Not as clean as you’d expect a penthouse to be. However, beds were incredibly comfortable and the view and location were amazing.
