The breakfast service was slow. Had to wait for coffee over 15 mins The concierge service was slow to respond. Had a transportation issue from the boat to the hotel. Operator told me they would call me back. I was already at peer. I coordinated cab transportation with the concierge and cabs did not show up. Called several times with concierge Maid service was late This park Hyatt did not meet my expectations.

Wonderful! This is the perfect place to stay when you are in Auckland. The hotel is well layed out and the rooms are fantastic. Staff is very helpful and the hotel restaurant, coffee shop and casual dining all have great food and service.

The day after our wedding we had a small staycation honeymoon. The staff were very accomodating and made us feel special. The service was fantastic and the food was amazing at Onemata.

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout with attentive staff in all areas. Meeting Beau, a very handsome black lab, in reception was a bonus. Will definitely visit again.

Checking in was slow. They didnt charge the cost of the room till checkout. 2 hours after I checked in, there was a knock on my door and two more times then someone with a key tried to get in. I told the reception about this and they said thats their nightly check. I just dont get how you would check in on someone two hours later.

I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Auckland and had a terrible experience. On the checkout date, a random hotel staff member barged into my room without knocking while I was in my underwear. This was a complete violation of my privacy and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, all they did was apologize and offer no compensation or effort to make things right. This was a major disappointment and made me feel very unsafe in the hotel. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel if they value their privacy and safety.

overpriced and not worth the money. stayed in another 5 star before moving to hyatt and it was far better n better priced. ridiculously expensive. our view was not towards the boats n harbor- our room looked out onto building roofs and sheds. for that price you can except much much more. the usb charger ports not working - restaurant could only booked after 8 because of shortage of staff . so eating before 8 was impossible but restaurant was empty. the hotel it self has no charme and style- it's a big corporate building - cold in atmosphere but over all often cold in the restaurant and common areas. cant recommend hotel - there are far better hotels out there
