"As a retired architect, I love staying in clean, well designed and comfortable homes. This home was perfect! My only note is for older folks with bad knees, as with most older homes, the stairs might be a bit challenging. We’re averaging 70 and quite healthy, the stairs were fine for us. Thank you Ivanca!"

"This abode is exactly what Matt and David advertise: a quaint, brick, 1900-built townhome. A little tilt to the floors and the squeak and creak in the stairs just give it all the more quaintness. That aside, the wonderfully updated kitchen and bath, the proximity to all the charms of Kennett Square, and Matt's accessible and fine support made it an absolutely great place for us to sojourn for a month. We'd come back in a heartbeat."

"This is a charming 2 room (with bathroom) walk out apartment with a kitchenette (full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove top, etc.). It's a perfect spot for a couple to spend a few days exploring the area. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that is about 5 minutes from downtown restaurants & 4 minutes from a full service grocery store. "
