"Our room was good (clean, comfortable bed, really nice bathroom) except for the strange odor in the entire room. I couldn’t identify what it was, but I found it to be unpleasant. Thankfully I became nose-blind to it quickly. Food service in the restaurants and food court was definitely lacking. They were apparently understaffed. We couldn’t get in to any of the restaurants because we didn’t have reservations. We ended up at the food court where 2 simple burgers and an order of fries took 47 minutes from time we ordered until we received our food. The cafe was reportedly taking an hour to get food to customers. We enjoyed The Vine as a concert venue. It’s a smaller room and I don’t think there’s a bad seat in the house! "

"I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as several issues added up to a poor experience. First, the check-in process was frustrating. The front desk repeatedly assigned uncleaned rooms—not just to my family, but to at least three guests ahead of us as well. This suggests a lack of coordination and quality control. While the rooms themselves are spacious, there are many maintenance issues that shouldn’t be overlooked. For example, our room door wouldn’t close properly and could easily be pushed open, which is a serious security concern. In addition, one of the shower gel dispensers was broken and unusable. Housekeeping was also problematic. If you leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign on past 9 a.m., even if you remove it later, your room will not be serviced at all for the day. This policy was not clearly communicated and is quite inconvenient. Overall, these issues add up, and the hotel does not meet the standards I would expect from a 3-star property. "

"Room was nice, tv wouldn’t work with the remote. They changed batteries still didn’t work. They said we could change rooms, but we were already unpacked. "

"I’d give zero stars if I could. Rooms and hallways were dirty and had a horrible odor, found mouse droppings in bed of two rooms. Hotel staff (which was not in person) was less than helpful. After 3 attempts at a clean room, we left and booked another hotel near by. We did leave something behind and when we returned to get it, the two people who met us were very rude. After we contacted Expedia regarding a refund since the remote “employee” said the hotel was not responsible for a refund. The Expedia representative said they needed to contact the hotel and wanted the remote kiosk person’s name which she would only give her first name and no other information. "
