We very much enjoyed staying at this property in Auburn. It was comfortable and roomy. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. We would definitely stay here again if we need a place to stay in Auburn again.

This property was severely disappointing. Three themes: dirty, insufficiently-equipped, and brokem. Examples of dirty: I and Pictures were not accurate; furniture shown was not present, for example there were two chairs (one broken) instead of a second couch. There were old brokem barstools instead of the nice ones in the picture. There was no furniture on the deck like was shown in the picture.

The space for a large family was great! Air conditioning was great.We needed to have property management come and fix the TV. Washer was full of shoes. A bra was left on laundry room floor.There was a constant beeping noise the whole time we were there.Cob webs and spiders all over. The house was dirty.We needed to ask for more toilet paper.The towels were small and paper thin.Went to dump the garbage at the end of our stay and the garbage can was full and had no room for our garbage.Kitchen faucet ready to fall off.We could hear mice running in the walls at night.Hot and cold were switched in the master bathroom.
