Overpriced for the state of the property and service - shower was broken (which we reported and the staff simply forgot to report for maintenance), limited amenities (paper cups provided for tea/coffee), average customer service, room was next to a main road which was very noisy (not the hotel’s fault but when everything else was so average the noise was pretty frustrating).

Everything about our stay was incredible. The hotel location is stunning and the staff were incredible

Beautiful view, but definitely not 4 star hotel. Very hot at night in the room, they must have turned the ac off. Disappointing, expected much better for the price and presented as a 4 star hotel, but is rather 2 stars.

Charming "Frenchiness", well preserved building with tasteful interior design; not "boutiqued". Well located in a lively neighborhood, still a quiet register once in the hotel. The attached Café also deserves credit, as a complement to the hotel per se. I'll repeat the selection when in Marseille again.
