Exceptionally big room. Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Everyone was eager to help. They were at task at all times. Room service was also great. Restaurant at the hotel is an experience on itself as the view to the zocalo square is breathtaking and the food was delicious. Safe but a bit chaotic location. Walking distance to all historic center sites- saving a lot of time in As a guest you take the iron door elevator as many times as you want. Just call Alejandro and he takes you. Definitely a great stay!!

Had an absolutely incredible five day stay at ONTO Tonalá Mexico City. Check in process was quick and easy, the room was gorgeous, spacious and always clean. They had complimentary pastries for breakfast and the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The location is perfect too because we could walk to pretty much anywhere within 10-15 minutes. This is a great option if you’re staying in Roma Norte.

Hotel itself & location are nice but overall service was awful. Nobody was there to help at the coffee shop, breakfast buffet was cold & tasteless. Such a waste of money would not recommend

Hotel was beautiful and immaculate. Food was delicious and flowing! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Even the guests were cool. Super convenient location and walkable to so many sights. Great free morning tour of the city. Perfect first stop to acclimate to Mexico City. Will return.
