"The bed was comfy, pillows ok. The room would not stay cool, the a/c ran all the time. Bathroom was older and need of a make over or a good deep cleaning. There is no light in the shower so hard to see when in the shower. Tub drained slow so took a bath and a shower at the same time. The second morning there was no hot water, took a cold shower. Walls are thin could here our neighbors. They also liked to smoke skunk. The entire smelled like skunk every time we came back. Neighbors also didn't know how to be quiet, slammed doors at all hours of the night. Breakfast wasn't good. Not much choices. Not a coffee drinker and can't have juice in the morning, so had water. Location was nice, we just won't be back thanks to the inconsiderate people on our floor."

"Room needed a deep clean! Dirt and scum behind bathroom door, Couch had what appeared to be dried blood stain and mattress pad for couch pullout bed also had what appeared as a blood or ink stain. "

"I've stayed here several times throughout the years. There's nearby shops ama restaurants, the pier is one block away and cruise shops right up the road."

"The staff was not friendly, when I checked in I was not welcomed, the employee seemed like she was annoyed that I told her I was there to check in, she maybe said 3 words the entire time. When I got to my room there was an overwhelming musty smell where I had to go and purchase an air freshener. The hallway floors were not clean or vacuumed and the stairwell where the exit/entry door was very dirty. The room besides smelling was not the cleanest either! There was dust on the tv and tv base and the floors had debris on them, I do t k ow if they were cleaned from previous guests. I had to set the A/C to 60 just to have it cool in the room. When they say the room has bare essentials they should say NO essentials! I have never been to a hotel where there isn’t even little hand soaps in the bathroom. The room had NOTHING."
