  • Cute and spacious one bedroom basement apartment with private entrance in a family neighborhood home. LVP floors throughout, a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine (not a full kitchen) A bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and to top it all, it features a projector in the living room. A deck with a firepit table and 4 chairs with a view to a beautiful creek.
    This house is located in the prime Roswell area with less than a mile distance to stores, and restaurants.
    Guest has access to one parking spot next to the house, down the driveway.

We loved sitting on the furnished porch and enjoying the adjacent wooded area. The squirrels and deer were a bonus

This was a comfortable place to recharge after long days the deck overlooks the forest which was very relaxing. The beds were comfortable. The host provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion which was appreciated. There were also multiple kinds of K-Cup coffee and a few teas which was also appreciated. It's a quiet area and exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the view and seeing deer really close. Well stocked with full size fridge and stove. Enjoyed the recling couch and projector tv.Quite a few steps down and around. Have to climb about 1 story to deck and door. Not for any one with mobility issues.

Quite and lovely area

Super clean, looks better than the photos online. Stairs were a lot more than I thought but sturdy! Projection tv was ok but probably better if you had a real one. Picture is hard to see during sunlight hours.
