We spent Thanksgiving at the Homestead with our family and dogs, and it was a cozy, secluded space to cook, unwind, relax in the hot tub, and walk in the woods. Hosts were very responsive and kind, and went out of their way to mail my daughter's belongings she left behind back to us.

Christmas at Hocking Hills

This place has a wonderful combined living and dining area for large families. We took advantage of the walking trails, hot tub and Hocking Hills area. Wonderful visit!

Excellent place to stay. It is as listed on the Vrbo website. Everything works well including internet. The beds were very succulent and clean. We loved the antique stuffs. A decent outside space to play with the kids.

Easy stay and great location

Great value location. Easy access to Hocking Hills and Athens. Has the essentials, but a bit dated kitchen appliances. Easy communication with owner and provided everything we needed. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Graduation weekend

We rented the homestead for family to stay for my daughter’s graduation from OU . It was perfect ! Lots of room and very charming. Although the weather was a little crazy we were able to all be inside and gather in the the large great room with the large dinning table and comfy couches. . Perfect for our 2 dogs as well . . We will definitely be coming back !

Long Weekend Getaway

This property is in a great location to enjoy a winter long weekend getaway with a few families. While clean and well kept (and warm despite single digit temps), thankful for the other reviews that let us know in advance that there is not a lot of privacy in the bedrooms. The owner was easy to contact and quick to respond.

Great cozy place

What a cute little house! Great location close to a lot of different things. We really enjoyed hiking at Hocking Hills which was just a short 20ish min drive. The property was great too with different trails to take.
