The hotel looks great and modern compared with many other hotels nearby and rated 4 stars, but overall service is bellow 3 stars. We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights for a whole family and had a late arrival. The front desk was wide open when we arrived, but it took over 15 minutes to complete the check-in process. Then it turned out that the front desk staff gave us a wrong room with one full bed instead of 2 twin beds we had requested. We had to go back to the front dest requesting a different room, the staff was very defensive saying all the requests are not guaranteed according Expedia’s website. Finally, they changed one of our rooms to a different floor that’s very inconvenient for a family. To access to the hotel’s Gym is very inconvenient too. you have to go to the front desk to request, then they will arrange a staff to open the door for you so you can get in. When we asked if we can borrow a key to access the Gym, front desk staff became very unfriendly and defensive. Also beware, the pool is listed in the hotel’s amenities but it’s only seasonal. It didn’t open when we stayed there.
