We went to Athens to surprise our daughter for her birthday and Jennifer made our surprise even better. She knew it was a special weekend and she sent a birthday cookie cake to us to celebrate. The house is in a great location, close to campus and it is so clean and welcoming. We will definitely be staying there a lot more in the future!

The property manager, Jennifer, is the best manager I have every had with a VRBO property. She responded very quickly to any and all questions I had. If I needed something at the house, she took care of it very quickly. The house matches the pictures. It is well maintained, clean, and in a conveniently located part of Athens. We will stay here again when our travels bring us back to Athens.

The owner of the property was very communicative and provided clear and concise instructions. The ease to get in and out of the property was good. We had the best time staying at Jennifer's home for a UGA game weekend. Jennifer thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and the location was great!
