the Apartment is beautiful however it's on the 4th floor with lots of steps. (spiral stairs). the elevator did not work so it was difficult getting all out heavy luggage up the stairs safely. when coming down with luggage one guest lost his balance and fell down the stairs. the stairs are not lit and they are pitch black at night. although it was inconvenient to shut off the air conditioning to turn on the hot water, it was a nuisance but didn't impact our stay. i would only stay here again if these above items are fixed or working
