Απέχει 5" από ΥΓΕΙΑ, ΜΗΤΕΡΑ, GOLDEN HALL, MALL, AVENUE , οδικώς.Τέλος σε απόσταση ενός χιλιομέτρου και προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια βρίσκεται το γήπεδο του ΟΑΚΑ.
Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη ,οικογενειακή πολυκατοικία στα βόρεια προάστεια σε ασφαλή περιοχή. Εχει ασανσέρ και πόρτα ασφαλείας. Τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια εχουν μπαλκονόπορτα και προσβαση στην βεράντα. Το σαλόνι είναι άνετο και φωτεινό με δύο μπαλκονόπορτες. Επίσης διαθέτει πόρτες και μπορει να απομονωθεί απο το υπόλοιπο σπίτι. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και εξυπηρετεί και μια διαμονή μεγάλης διάρκειας. Το διαμέρισμα έχει ένα μπάνιο και ένα wc. Ενα υπέροχο, φιλόξενο διαμέρισμα που θα το νιώσετε σαν το σπίτι σας από την πρώτη στιγμή.
