Creative place but a bit tired. The place provides additional safety with several codes needing to be entered. The rooftop and pool were nice additions and well taken care of. We couldn’t use the pool because it was cold (due to the time of year we went), but still nice to be around. Creative spin on a place, but some of the creativity gets in the way of practicality. For example, the upstairs bathroom sink splashes everywhere and the shower causes the floor to get wet when using the three shower head option. But the top shower head did not function properly, so it was hard to get the shampoo out of your hair. The fabric/material around the bed seemed dirty since it’s not cleanable. Every morning we had dust on the bedsheets because the vents needed a cleaning. We even saw the filter on the vent behind the bed and it was all dusty. Staircase is dark and not the best lit but the place had an elevator. The host was great at communicating and providing options. Overall a nice place, just needs some TLC.

What a wonderful place. Great location, amazing apartment, lovely pool and facilities. Stamatis is a dude, nothing was a problem and he was friendly and effiecent. We would come back again in a heart beat.

The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. It had all of the basic needs. The bed was extremely comfortable. The building was clean and quiet. The neighborhood was ok. The commute to the Acropolis area is not too far from the apartment. If walking, it takes about 20 mins. The host was so kind and helpful. He communicated very clearly and was always available. We would stay here again, but there are just two small complaints: There was a slight cigarette smell throughout the apartment. Although the towels were clean, they very dingy and worn. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Het is een mooie accommodatie, schoon en ruim. Er zit een school aan de overkant een een metro/trein vlak bij. Dit geeft de nodige lawaai. Daar staat tegenover dat de het metro station vlakbij is en na twee haltes ben je in het centrum.

This apartment was spectacular. The building manager/architect was very easy to contact and answered all of our questions. He even arranged for our taxis to get to and from various locations. I highly recommend this apartment if you are traveling to Athens!

Lovely spacious room with well equipped kitchen area. Information on what to see provided both in a file in the flat and in person with tailored recommendations. We loved the Sunday flea market for a relaxed browse. Easy walking distance from metro line 3 (which connects to the airport for 10 euros each way). Choice of local restaurants and a supermarket all in easy walking distance and again information suggestions provided. The upstairs pool area is equipped with 3 sun loungers and seats and I expect it gets busy when all the flats are full but it provides a quiet area above the streets. A great base for stay in Athens and also connections via metro for Piraeus for island trips.
