この施設について

Apollonos Amalia Studio - Apollonos Studio

  • Perfectly located for business and pleasure, our apartment is right in the epicentre of Athenian life, just by Syntagma Square, the city’s beating heart.

🏛️Set in a side street, the apartment is right next to the most central transport, shopping, dining and cultural hotspots, a few steps from picturesque Plaka and within walking distance of the Acropolis.

🛏️Our apartment can sleep up to two people. There is one elegant bedroom, a small fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom includes a Sealy mattress known for its superior support and comfort.

Please keep in mind that this is a small apartment with just a window, with no view of the street. It is not recommended for people suffering from claustrophobia. If you need something more than a good nights sleep, we recommend you choose another one of our apartments.

Ermou Street, the epicentre of Athens’ shopping area is just a few steps away. Kolonaki, the most upmarket Athenian spot with high end boutiques and restaurants is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment as is the parliament and hub of Greece’s economic and political life. Panathenaiko Stadium, Zappeion, the National Garden, Temple of Olympic Zeus and a host of museums are also within walking distance.

An ideal spot to relax and enjoy the city, this cosy apartment will ensure you want to return to Athens time and again.

You will be living in the middle of everything,at Syntgma in the heart of Athens!

Metro Syntagma is just 5 min away on foot, hop in and explore Athens!

Please note that there is no view from the bedroom window.

Please note that there is a charge of €15 for a late check in between 21:00 pm-23:00 pm, which is paid in cash upon arrival.

We can provide a baby cot but there is a one off charge of €30 payable before your arrival.

This place is in the perfect location. You are surrounded by shops and restaurants, highly recommend 72h which is a local bakery nearby. You are also within walking distance of everything including the national gardens for morning walks/runs. Also walking distance to the acropolis and other locations for your sightseeing needs. The apartment is clean and has everything you need and the hosts were great with communication throughout. I would stay in this place again and plan on it if I am ever in Athens again.

Great location in Plaka and wasn’t able to hear any of the action outside. Able to walk to all the main tourist sites. Elevator that takes you up to the 2nd floor so no lugging luggage up any stairs. Communication was great before and during stay and helped quickly when I had an issue with the wifi (which needed to be rebooted a few times) and laundry (which needed to be “rebooted” in its own way)!

I had a wonderful stay at Apollonos Amalia Studio ( Plaka) Harry/Theoharis ( The VillaRentals.gr Team The studio apartment was perfect for a two person stay even though I stayed by myself , Linen was clean, bathroom and shower and kitchen area, it was exactly as described. The bed was surprisingly incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to local landmarks to name a few ( Syntagma, Square, Acropolis Place, and Acropolis )(and many restaurant and coffee shops we're only  1 minute to 5 minutes walking). Harry( host) maintained communication along with Silvana a local representative( for the host ) by way of WhatsApp communication  was smooth, and check-in was easy. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area it's in the heart of Athens!Thank you

Great location! Easy walking distance to the metro station, wonderful restaurant right around the corner, supermarket right across the street. Harry and Roman were excellent to communicate with and very helpful with suggestions of things to do. I would easily stay here again.

Amazing location and lovely hosts

Great location and the hosts were very accommodating. The apartment matched the description. Just a few more towels would have been nice and a fitted sheet on the bed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The girl who met me to let me in was super nice and responsive. She communicated with me ahead of time and made sure she was there when I arrived. The place is a bit dingy and needs some repairs to the plaster and the flooring, but it was clean. The WiFi did not work reliably and it was hard to get a cell signal in the building, so that made it hard to plan your routes, buy tickets online, answer email, communicate with family, etc.

Lovely little affordable property in a superb location. We walked to all of the historic sites as well as the metro. Very quiet but also a block from the wonderful energy of the evening and amazing restaurants. Had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Great location, quiet, convenient

Comfortable bed, good air conditioning, kitchen could use a pot/pan for hot plate, bathroom was nice(spacious, washing machine, cool sink). Right next to grocery stores, restaurants and short walk to Syntagma Square.

The staff were awesome! Everyone who we interacted with from Yavis, the person who picked us up at the airport to Karissa from property management who helped us find our way on our first day in Athens. All in all it was a perfect trip. Thank you

The property was a bit dirty: the headrest on the bed had some black specks; the ceilings, especially in the washroom, were quite gross, covered with dust or cobwebs; the floors of the room were a little dirty looking, and the wood on the ground was broken in some places; and some of the utensils in the kitchen still had bits of food on them. The kitchen had no means of reheating food; there was no microwave, and while they did have a hotplate, no pan was provided. The location of the apartment is convenient, right near Syntagma Square.

Super Syntagma

Apollonos Studio was terrific! We arrived in Athens at 1a.m. And were met by Yannus, who was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. There were no views, but we were out most of the time so it didn’t matter. Would definitely stay here again!

Spitzenlage ohne Aussicht

Although the location was amazing and the host and property staff were amazing the property itself leaves a lot to be desired. Photos suggested a separate living space for unwinding yet was not so. Bed was to low to the ground , no table on the right side of bed , really no room in kitchen to enjoy a meal or left overs or just coffee .could not figure out shower head usage so was confined to the hand held which was to low for a man of my size(6’ 2”) if you had a larger property in the area I would choose it because again the staff were amazing!!!

The studio was great. Had everything you could need private room TV had Netflix, YouTube and more. to bad our cruise got canceled .Got to give pros to Anna and Velia. Velia had to come find us we were so lost, me and my wife Maria where walking for a long time. My phone had us walking in circles when we stop to rest I send pictures were we were at Velia show up we talked a bit, She said so fare away yet so close. Right were we were resting. Velia took a right at the next stop made a right turned, walk down turn the road. 3 minutes from the time we meet to get us in our room. What a great night of sleep. We did a lot of walking to see sites and got on a tour buss. I do appreciate Anna she stayed in contact while Being lost in Athens and our host Velia. We had a flight delay getting in to Athens. Then take the train/subway to Athens with luggage get lost I give Velia a lot of credit if I recall she lives a couple hours outside of Athens. She stayed and came and found us even though we were 4 to 5 hours late.

This was an older apartment, located in a building with an elevator with a maximum load of two people. Luckily, it was just the two of us. As a bonus, the elevator played classical music while in motion :)Pros:- the host was nice and Constantina met us at the apartment to show us around and give us the keys. She was very sweet too!- bathroom appears to have been recently renovated- The clothes washer worked fine- The bedroom was a decent size and had hardwood floors. Cons:- Kitchen is in need of an update- Not sure if the AC actually worked. A big fan was on when checked in. Later, we tried turning on the AC, but the effect did not seem to be any greater than using the fan alone.- Our first night there, a giant cockroach came out from under the bed and, it took us a while to get ride of it- While still in Plaka, this neighborhood felt like a step down from our previous apartment on AdrianouOverall, it was an OK stay, but we probably wouldn't want to stay there again.
