The Hotel El Arz's management does not deserve 1/5.
We arrived at the hotel late. We asked for the room that we reserved and paid for through hotels.com. When we arrived at the reception, they told us they don’t accept online payments. The only thing they accept is cash. We asked to speak with the manager. He gave us her name (Mme Maouche) and phone number.
