「空港からほど近く、タクシーで約１０分程なので、中心街ではないですが快適に過ごせました。 お願いしていた空港送迎は来てくれませんでしたが、アビジャン空港内の案内カウンターで連絡をしてもらい、タクシーで向かいことになってもホテルと同じ料金でアレンジしてくれたので良かったです。（これはホテルについてではありませんが。。） 部屋は広く過ごしやすく、受付の方もこじんまりとした割にしっかり対応していただけ満足です。」

「I had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all.」

Philippe is incredibly kind and helpful—when Uber wasn’t working, he personally arranged a car to take me to the airport. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was enjoying my time at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious! 「予約した部屋が、クレジットカードで料金が引き落とされているにも関わらず、確保されていない。また、現地で予約した部屋の代わりの泊った部屋の料金はすでに現金払いしているのに、まだ、予約の時にクレジット払いした料金が戻ってきてない。また、これに対して、ホテルからもエクスペディアからも何も説明がなく困っている。」

「Very nice rooms and they do online reservations payment. WiFi, hot water, and A/C all working well. The staff are very friendly and there’s a security guard to allow 24/7 access to guests. In the morning, breakfast was sent to my room which was perfect done. I would recommend this to anyone looking to book a hotel in the area.」
