One the best rooms I stayed in room was spotless service was on point everything was perfect

Very clean and pleasant hotel, good beach

It is not appropriate or professional for staff to come to the table, ask for my room number, leave to check whether drinks are included, and then return to say they are not included. If drinks are not included in my room package, this should be clearly explained before taking the order. Coming back to the table after checking makes the guest feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially in a restaurant environment. To make matters worse, at the end I was charged $22 for two colas, which is an extremely unreasonable price and far above normal standards. This experience does not reflect the level of service expected from a hotel of this category.

Very clean and well equipped rooms. I’ve stayed here twice now and like the location and the relaxed environment.
