「Came to Aspen for Ruggerfest 2025, this provided a great home base for the weekend. Clean and quiet and only a 10 minute walk from both fields. Ideal location for people coming to town for future ruggerfests.」

「Overall the property is in a good location in central Aspen. We were able to walk easily downtown to bars and restaurants. It’s an older building with older furnishings. They offer a bare bones continental breakfast. Check in process is simple. We did not use the pool or hot tub. Walls are paper thin, and if you have loud neighbors you may not sleep. Seems to be the lodging choice for young rambunctious crowds as there was loud music coming from multiple rooms. We did not enjoy our stay...

「Clean rooms, lots of room. Plenty of utensils, cilyps, plates, pots, pans. Easy to cook meals in the room. Great location, walking distance to everything you need as far as shopping easting groceries gas. Helpful staff」
