"What a charming hotel, full of character and perfectly located for exploring the local area. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, going above and beyond to assist with parking and offering helpful recommendations for local walks and amenities. Our room was stunning, beautifully decorated, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. Thoughtful touches such as tea and coffee-making facilities, luxurious bath products, and everything needed for a relaxing stay made all the difference. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really enhanced our experience, and it was clear that guest comfort is a top priority. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return."

"I booked a twin room which was clean and a good size. The mattress on my bed was very uncomfortable so I swoped it with the pull out bed underneath our bed. The mattress was smaller than the original mattress and was too small for the base but it was very comfortable, a good mattress. I didn’t mention this to the staff at the hotel. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work efficiently but otherwise excellent. The meals were very good and delicious."

"My second stay at the Morritt Arms Hotel. As a single female guest I feel very safe and looked after at the hotel. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. The scenery is lovely and I felt safe walking my dog around the grounds and in the nearby vaccinity. I definitely recommend and will come and stay again. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making me feel so safe and welcome."

"Great hotel with very helpful staff, lovely bar and restaurant. Our room was big and spacious and very comfortable. The leisure facilities were across the way and subject to their opening times and restrictions so we didn't get to swim when we wanted. Would stay there again."
