Good and well looked after, had a good night

Blocked shower drain meant that the entire bathroom flood within 30 seconds - given that we were assigned an accessibility room, it mean that the toilet was not reachable without going through two inches of water. We also spent ages 'saving' the carpet from flood. Very very disappointing. One very flat pillow was also a disappointment.
