My only small piece of feedback is to add blackout curtains to the rooms. I am not sure if it was just our room (9) that did not have them, but it got a lot of sun.」

Rooms are immaculate and well-appointed—featuring great beds and heated floors in the bathrooms, as well as a gorgeously decorated interior. The price point is high for the area - especially at peak times. Great stay - we are in the area often and would stay every time if cost wasn't a factor. 」
「We enjoyed the convenience and walkability. Downtown Woodstock is about a 10 to 15 minute easy walk to shops and eateries. We stayed in the King Suite, a 2nd floor lodging that was clean, spacious and included pretty much all you need for a stay (games, books, kitchenette, toaster oven, pots, pans, hair dryer, mini fridge, plenty of blankets and towels). We had quick responses from the Ipad concierge and website chat for any questions. Thanks for a relaxing stay! 」
「Great location if you are spending a couple of days in the Kingston area. Charming house and decor. I loved that they deliver warm coffee and muffins in the morning. The room was decorated nicely and they even provided a record player with records.」
「Very unique property centrally located to explore the Catskills area. Kingston is a nice little town with a lot of great restaurants. You can hike in the adjacent state park along the Hudson from the property or hike in the Catskills 30 minutes out. Quiet relaxing property. 」

The house is beautifully furnished. The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from the town center and has a lovely garden!」
