"The parking was great , right to the door. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is a place to crash for the night without breaking your wallet. With that said the room was great. Tv that worked. Big bathroom. Desk for work or ro eat at. Chair to sit and watch tv. What is not listed on hotel details is there is a microwave and refrigerator in room. So if you need a place to sleep and you are not into fancy stuff. This is a perfect stay. Close to many places to eat to. Walmart next door if you need anything too."

"Checked put on 3rd floor. Load all stuff on cart looked for elevator front desk asked what i needed she said its not working. Had to carry every thing up to that floor. Get in room bed room completely nast water on floor all dirty towels laying on the diningroom table bed look like someone just got down doing the nasty. Went back down stairs took 20mins to get new room husband went check bed big yellow stain on sheet. So we slept in chair and couch if i would of went back down i would lost my mind on them. 230am alarms sirens going off like crazy. 2nd night half powerage worker ensured us heat was working after just working 15hrs freezing cold second night of sleeping in my coat. 3rd night wash clothes put in dryer the front desk said the doors messed up we asked for them to dry in the big dryer nope couldn't so i have wet clothes in a bag sitting in my car till i get off tonight and drive home 3hrs away. The GENERAL MANAGER is absolutely rude needs fired act like she didnt care at all would only refund few dollars and thats only because my first room was supposed to be the executive room i have reported to company and BBB and contacting a lawyer "

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating, even fixing a toilet handle promptly. The rooms were spacious and very clean."

"One night stay, I booked 2 rooms for myself, and the grands. The kids loved the pool area, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean."

"There was no power and it was too late to book elsewhere. We were in town for a conference so it was a quick trip but we booked here for the breakfast. There was no breakfast other than some fruit on a table. Understandable since there was no power however, they did not offer us any compensation. The heat wore off and some of our group asked for more blankets, no staff came and brought blankets or snacks or drinks to make the accommodations better since there was no lighting, no vending, no elevator. Very odd. You would think the manager would be there making sure those stuck there were still taken care of to the best of their ability. I did message the hotel regarding this directly. "

"Was an amaing stay truly, a ton of thoughtful decorations and things of that nature. Very responsive while we were there, incredibly clean and comfortable place. I truly can't wait to come back here."

"Not the best...and not the worst. Reserved King room with sofa bed. When I got into my room, there was no sofa bed, just a chair. Went back to the front desk and requested room with sofa bed. Owner said that there were none available...they were taken. After pointing out that the parking lot was empty, and other discussions, he came up with a room with a sofa bed. (there were only a few guests that stayed at the hotel that night) The room was OK. It was clean but the bed had a huge lump in the middle and very uncomfortable. Mattress seemed worn out and every time you rolled over in the bed, it clunked. The legs on the tv were broken and it leaned back. I put soap bars under it to hold it up. The pool area was nice. It was good to be able to relax in the pool after being in a vehicle for 12hrs. Breakfast was ok...I've had worse at nicer hotels. All in all, It was a cheap hotel and I guess you get what you pay for. Ok for one night, but I won't be going back if I am back in the area."
