Kitchen and dining: Full kitchen you can actually cook in — oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster and cooking basics. Espresso machine, coffee maker and kettle. Dishes, silverware and wine glasses stocked; the dining table seats everyone.

Living and views: The balcony is the highlight — ocean views on one side, city views on the other, with table and chairs for morning coffee or a late-night glass of wine. Inside: TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, air purifier.
