Clean safe and kids friendly. Park is surrounded by lemon trees, Fijeio and flowers and.more. Easy to travel to Lake Tekapo or Mount cook.

We have stayed here twice recently in the 2 bedroom apartment and it has been perfect for our family. The motel is a short drive from the shopping area and restaurants. It is walkable to the domain and we enjoyed a stroll around the gardens there. The motel is clean and has all the basic amenities required. We often stay in Ashburton when picking up and dropping off family at Christchurch airport as it is a much quieter spot to stay rather than Christchurch City.

We would stay again if it was just the one night and a roof over our heads but not for longer to stay to holiday. Everything was clean and tidy but it needs a new coat of paint and some TLC. Please dont' clean out the oven before people turn up. The smell lasted the whole time we were there and was awful. All ok for a stay over though.

We were very happy with our unit. It was clean, spacious and perfect for our group of six when we stayed in Ashburton for the night on our way north.

Property is great budget accommodation, if ageing somewhat. This showed in the air conditioner remote controller not working, although it worked well enough from the inbuilt switches.

My family of 6 wanted to getaway for the weekend from the city. With 4 young ones we opted for a short road trip and an overnight stay with loads of fun activities throughout. Our stay here was amazing. The 2bd flats was the cozy and the kids loved the bunk beds. A playground was right outside our door with a trampoline and a pool! Parking was right outside our door too. Friendly people definitely recommend!

Was a large clean tidy unit. Had everything we needed to relax. Kids thought it was great having a pool to cool off in.

Great family unit with kitchenette

Great family unit with kitchenette. Near the train line but this did not bother us too much. Kids playground and swimming pool. The description of the unit did not mention that one bed was actually a sofa bed (less comfortable).

Nice clean unit. Friendly owner. Comfortable beds. It was a cold night and the heater did take a long time to warm the whole unit.

Great stopover

The unit was very comfortable and nice and clean. Plenty of room for all the family and the shower was amazing nice hot water. Nice little stroll into town or to the supermarket

Nice and clean hotel. Perfect for the family

The room was great, very large perfect for the family. Has everything you would need to cater for the needs of the children and wife. Shower was great as it has two settings to choose from. Great for an overnight night stay after a day at the mountains skiing. It has a park for the kiddies and an outside swiming pool for the warmer months.

Nice motel near the town centre & near highway

Staff friendly & helpful clean towels arrived each morning plenty of blankets & pillows living area very roomy for 4 people sky TV in both bedroom & lounge lovely hot shower with plenty of pressure

Not the best stay

There was supposed to be free WIFI but we were not offered this. Also the guy who greets you was quite abrupt and overbearing
