I stayed at the hotel with my girls, 10 &5 . The stuff was very nice, the breakfest stuff was also very helpful and the pool was great. Overall a great holiday.

Parking is a NIGHTMARE and the staff was rude about helping us figure out parking. They should really have a link that clearly tells people there is NO PARKING at the hotel and where the parking lots are located. (We had to walk .8 of a mile with our luggage which was totally unacceptable for how much we paid per night! They should have at least told us we could drive up and drop our luggage.) The room was big, clean and had a great view. The coffee maker was nice, but instructions in English would have been super helpful (or even a QR code on how to use it)! The bathroom lighting was the worst we have had in all of our stays in Europe.

Schöne Unterkunft aber Matratze nicht komfortabel

Schönes Hotel direkt an top Lage mit vielen Restaurants! Das Zimmer war gross genug und modern eingerichtet, lediglich der Fernseher war sehr klein für aktuelle Zeiten (vielleicht 20 Zoll). Wir waren dort für eine Nacht und eigentlich sehr zufrieden, wenn die Matratze nicht so hart gewesen wäre.

Ein nettes kleines Hotel in bester Lage mit freundlichem Personal. Als Tipp ,das Frühstück sollte mit gebucht werden. Vor Ort kostet das 25 Franken je Tag und Person.

Zimmerwahl ungeschickt

Wir waren im Zimmer 401 mit Dachfenster. Generell war die Höhe der Lukarne knapp. (Bin sicher nicht der ‚Kleinste‘.) Noch prekärer war die Dusche, deren Rahmen so tief war, dass man gar nicht rein- oder rauskam ohne sich bücken zu müssen. Bettdecke und Kissen sind peinlich für den Preis des Zimmers. Flotte Leut; ich weiss es gibt auch andere Zimmer, die ein besseres Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis haben als dieses grenzwertige Zimmer

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend, kompetent und sehr freundlich. Wir schätzten auch die Möglichkeit sich im Innenschwimmbecken zu erfrischen, und besonders sich auf der Aussen Terrasse über den See und die Landschaft zu erfreuen. Auch der Gratiseistee ab 15.00 Uhr mit Kuchen ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
