Amazing location and the room was wonderful. Bed was typical of European beds - small and terrible mattress but fine. Really enjoyed the breakfast!
Staff were all quite stand-offish at the front of house, rarely saying anything when people are coming or going - like looking up from their desk is a chore.
Giancarlo who checked us out this morning was lovely, however. Very nice.
We would come back to this hotel.

Nice big room, wonderful staff. They went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was included and after the chef served a wonderful frittatta, he drove the hotel's airport shuttle van. Great location. Parking is a bit tricky.
