The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 1930, renovated in 2005, and is modern, furnished in the typical local style and functional. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.


Location
Asciano, 200 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on a 15,000 m² enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a field or forest track (gravel or crushed stone, length 50 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in the locality (20 km).

Surcharge per cubic meter depending on usage. Cot, high chair, internet access (WiFi), and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite. The accommodation is accessible for disabled guests and features grab bars (toilet, shower, bathtub).
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
