Good and clean place

The hotel is close enough to the train station. I picked it as it was 5mins from a venue that I attended to, also for the luggage storage option, which I needed as my return flight was in the evening only. Not sure about the 4* the hotel's got, I had been in much more posh 4* hotels in the past, I would rate it at a solid 3*. But don't get me wrong, it's clean and all ok; with a 5 star breakfast :D The receptionist was helpful, though he didn't have a clue that you can buy your tram tickets in each tram stop, and wanted to send me back all the way to the train station. The single room was spacious enough, but could do with a second pillow, but I guess if you need one, you could ask for it. Also, it seems like a stupid fashion these days, it's not the first hotel I've been lately that has got no reading lights!! Just a very dim (black shade) side lamp. No ceiling light either above the bed. If you like to read your book before sleep, take your little reading lamp with you. Other than that, I had a comfortable night. The bathroom was nice and clean too. I will return should another travel come up for me in Frankfurt.

The hotel is in a good location. Easy access to transportation. Staff is 50/50. Night staff seems to be more attentive than day staff. A asked for a tea pot and I was offer hot water to be brought to my room. Unfortunately, it never happened!

Very modern hotel close to the convention hall. Convenient and clean

Convenient location. Good service. Clean as it can be for the price. I stayed here in February and when i arrived i got room temperature, however i was freezing at night, I wonder if its central heating even it is pretty old hotel. When you exit the hotel on the right site you will see homeless people sleeping (saw them twice at 10pm and 7am). I woke up early because of the noice that wasn’t stopping for like 30 minutes straight. I would stay here again because of the convenient location, fast service, cheap rate.
