The rooms are spacious. Employees are great. It’s far from haram BUT free shuttle available before and after all prayers. It took us 11 mins to get to haram and 10 mins back approximately. Service is excellent/ hotel is huge! Rooms are spotless

Had a pleasant stay at Rotana, spacious beautifully decorated room with all amenities soap,shampoo,conditioner tooth brush, vanity kit, iron kit, hair dryer. Bath robe and towels.
