Our spacious fully air conditioned sea view property is set on a hillside near Porto Cervo offering a second to none panorama of the Maddalena archipelago of Islands and bay of Cannigione. Our all inclusive weekly package means there are no extra costs and cover you for linens, bath towels, pool towels, pool cleaning, house keeping and final cleaning. You can expect to find all the basic essentials such as coffee, olive oil, drinking water, organic detergents and an arrival welcome hamper of excellent Sardinian wines and locally sourced organic cheeses, salamis and famous Sardinian pane Carasau.

Strategically set in the dramatic landscape between Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo, the villa provides the perfect oasis to enjoy space away from the crowds but within minutes of all excellent beaches, restaurants and nightlife.

The house Around the pool, terraces, and lush gardens there are exceptional spaces with unique vistas on all sides that offer privacy to relax in tranquility and take in the views. For the more sporty, the location offers plenty of opportunities for hiking or mountain biking. Two Mountain bikes are available for guests along with yoga mats and tennis rackets.

The nearest beaches are five minutes by car: Cala Genepri, Rocca Beach and Fingers Beach Club at Porto Sole which all have quality restaurants. Other restaurants nearby are Giagoni in San Pantaleo, Frati Rossi in Porto Cervo with supermarkets, pharmacy and atm available in Abiadori all within a five minute drive. The stunning locations of Phi Beach and Ritual Night Clubs are a ten minutes drive in Baia Sardinia.

Amazing stay, great location and spectacular views
5 stars all around! Matt is an amazing host. The location is less than 10 minutes from all major attractions. The pool is amazing and the sunrises and sunsets are out of this world. Truly look for weed to staying here again next summer

Stunning place
Matt's place, high up in the hills looking down over an incredible coastal vista is simply stunning. The house is extremely well maintained with beautiful grounds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large and homely living area (complete with piano). The pool and area is also lovely and Matt keeps some pool and beach equipment for your needs. The place is remote and it's a bumpy single-track road to get to the house, but worth it for what awaits you. We had several trips to nearby hotspots including Baja Sardinia, Porto Cervo, and San Pantaleo. Highly recommended for an unforgetful holiday.

Awesome property with amazing views
From the moment we drove through the gates to the property it felt like we entered a nature preserve. The house sits on the highest point with amazing views of the sea,, rock formations and endless fields. The house was exactly as Matt describes it. We had some great dinners & everything we needed we found in the kitchen. Great large terraces for outdoor dining. Pool & deck were in perfect condition. Some of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen. Some of the best star gazing we’ve ever seen! Really good hiking on the property! Matt was very friendly & helpful pointing out best beaches & with restaurant recommendations. It was only 15 minutes down to the beaches, Porto Cervo marina or shopping. Even though we spent a month at the house, time flew by because we all really enjoyed the peace & privacy of the place. Definitely one of my favorites.

Great place for a Sardinian Getaway!
Matt's villa looks just like the pictures--gorgeous. In contrast to a lot of the rental homes in this area, it is very private. Stunning views, tastefully decorated, nice pool, all details considered -- you can't go wrong with this place.

Look no further you can't better this fantastic secluded villa with spectacular sea views
We have just returned from a week at Villa Feriana and miss it terribly. Immaculate, tastefully decorated and spotless, this villa was a real home-from-home from the moment we arrived. The layout and furnishings have been carefully thought through with numerous spaces to eat and relax, the addition of wifi and sky meant that during those rare moments that we needed to be in touch with the outside world, the means were available. Matt greeted us like we were family coming to stay - a few tips on the workings of the villa, some recommendations for local beaches, restaurants and walks and we were ready for the perfect week. It was difficult to motivate ourselves to leave this beautiful place and explore the local sites but when we did, Matt's recommendations were spot on. Still so much to explore - we are planning our return as soon as humanly possible! Our group of five aged between 14 and 54 enjoyed our long lazy days from sunrise over the mountains until our only daily appointment - with G&T's and San Pellegrinos at the end of the pool watching amazing sunsets over the bays of Costa Smeralda! Thanks Matt and Villa Feriana for a memorable week, we hope to see you soon.

Stunning! A luxury villa with amazing views
I love it when the holiday and villa you book exceeds your expectations! This is down to the care Matt has taken with this beautiful place, his local knowledge and advice. The high standard of decor, furnishings, thoughtful design and layout gave a real feel of luxury. It was quite simply exceptional. Alway on hand to help, offer advice and give excellent recommendations, Matt was an amazing yet discrete host. Every recommendation was a hit, including: 10k run through amazing mountains, where to eat, sailing boat charter with Ricardo on the good ship - Fast Gold (utterly brilliant day out), wines to drink, beaches to swim at and local markets to visit. We even saw wild tortoises in the grounds of the villa; their land extends far beyond the property. I love the fact it was situated in a private, rural location where you have to drive up winding, steep and sometimes unmade roads. You definitely get a massive 'whooooooo' as you drive into the property and get your first glimpse of the stunning sea views. Car hire is essential from Olbia. Local supermarkets are easy to get to and we found the staff friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Matt's Villa highly enough. I took Becky, our teenage sons and my parents. The boys loved it as well - pool was easily big and deep enough. Everything was really well maintained. The hammock area was also in high demand! Inside the villa you have everything a family needs. Three bathrooms make life so much easier. Thank you again to Matt. We had a fantastic holiday. Time to book a trip back, I think...

A beautiful villa with stunning views
This is a beautiful villa that is clean, highly maintained and well equipped throughout. Its off the beaten track hilltop location offers amazing views and sunsets and it could of been all too easy to of never left the villa and just relaxed by the lovely pool our entire stay. Sam was really helpful throughout our stay at the villa, giving information on the Costa smeralda area and recommendations on some lovely beaches and restaurants. We loved our stay here would highly recommend it and would definitely go back.

A lovely hidden gem where we would certainly return. An unforgettable experience.
A home away from home. An absolutely stunning view that was enjoyed by all, especially the sunsets from the balcony enjoyed with a glass of the local red wine. The kitchen was well equipped which our passionate chef took advantage of and presented us with many culinary delights. Sam was extremely helpful and made checking in and out a breeze and his advice on the local sights and restaurants was very helpful. We will certainly recommend this well maintained, comfortable villa. A lovely hidden gem.

Villa with million dollar view
We stayed at Matts place and we had a great holiday. He is a great host and was very helpful with everything. The house is amazing and has everything you need so do not take anything with you because it is all there. It was super clean and the location is very central. Within 5 minutes you have grocery stores and a lot of little villages are less than a 10 minute drive. Going up the hill to the villa is a little effort but when you arrive you will be rewarded with the best view there is.

Wunderschönes Haus in einzigartiger Lage!
Das Haus mit seiner wunderschönen (Allein-) Lage ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Aussenanlagen sowie die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool, die Berge und das Meer. Auch im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Wenn mal etwas nicht vorhanden ist, so organisiert das Matt im handumdrehen und steht auch sonst jederzeit für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wirklich toll! Für uns sicherlich nicht der letzte Besuch. Und wenn es wieder mal nach Sardinien geht, dann auf jeden Fall in dieses Haus!

Sardinien mir Höhen und Tiefen
Das Haus ist sehr schön, vor allen Dingen der Aussenbereich ist fantastisch. Sensationelle Aussicht, grosser schöner und sauberer, ungeheizter Pool, der leider keine Abdeckung oder Kindersicherung hat. Allerdings ist es etwas beschwerlich, dorthin zu kommen. Wir empfehlen, einen SUV zu mieten, da es sonst eventuell zu Schäden am PKW kommen könnte. Die Müllentsorgung ist etwas kompliziert, da der Müll ca. 3-4 km entfernt in Containern entsorgt werden muss. Das Haus ist innen sehr sauber, bedarf aber aus unserer Sicht in diesem Preissegment einer Renovierung. Die 3 Bäder sind sehr klein und teilweise alt und defekt. Die Dusche im Masterbad funktionierte nur bedingt. Klimaanlagen gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer und in einem Schlafzimmer. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer sind nur mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet. Im Sommer sicherlich sehr heiß. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind durchgesessen und teilweise löchrig. Auch hier sollte dringend etwas Neues angeschafft werden. Die Küche hat auch schon ihre besten Tage gesehen, ist aber funktionell und ohne Probleme nutzbar. Sehr nützlich sind die Fliegengitter vor Fenstern und Türen am Abend.

Tolle Villa an ausgezeichneter Lage
Traumhafte, saubere und gut eingerichtete Villa an ausgezeichneter Lage mit Sicht über die Küste der Costa Smeralda. In wenigen Minuten ist man an den schönsten Stränden oder interessanten Hotspots. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Matt, der Gastgeber, hat uns bei Fragen zur Seite gestanden und tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen oder Restaurantbesuche gegeben. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen.
