"Poderia ser melhor em diversos itens, por exemplo: mais cordialidade no atendimento, evitar sempre as mesmas coisas no café da manhã diário (diversificar incluindo bolos), mobilia excessivamente desgastada. Além disso, dois pontos me desistimulam a voltar: o sanitário do quarto em que fiquei era grudado ao box-banheira dificultando sentar nele (inacreditável); os quartos por serem duplex, pedem uma tv junto a sala no primeiro piso (somente havia tv no andar superior). "A equipe é excelente, o café da manhã é ótimo, em geral o hotel é bom, a única coisa que precisam melhorar é a manutenção geral, por exemplo, porta sabonete estava caindo, porta do box do banheiro estava travando, não abria, e como era vidro não podia forçar, o ar estava fazendo barulho, como se tivesse algo solto, suporte da tv estava solto ela ficava virada pra baixo, não dava pra ajustar, são só esses pequenos detalhes que precisam melhorar!!"

"The room given was different from the one we booked (larger, but with 4 single beds instead of 1 double bed). The staff at reception were dull and seemed bored and uninterested. Breakfast was more than good. The surroundings are full of beggars and homeless drug users (can't say it's necessarily unsafe though). Main point is it's OK but way overpriced for what it is."
