"The staff was very nice. We did not get adjoining rooms as requested; however, the rooms were right on the beach as promised. The beach was lovely, loved the coffee shop, bar, and dinner options. I did not care for the buffett lunch."

My loved was so comfortable with Willy, she had gotten mom to face-time with Willy. He made both of the ladies feel so special and seen. He invited 'mom' to come on a visit next time. It was amazing watching the three of them interact on 'facetime'. Go see Willy when having breakfast at the PALMS for breakfast. Tell Willy that 'white chocolate' sent you! "Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Booked through Expedia and hotel charged $200 at check-in, still waiting for it to be credited back. Location by Eagle Beach and La Cabana restaurants make it a great choice."

"loved the fact that they offer rental vehicles onsite. there is like a $500 deposit and 50.00 for room. but it def beats uber or bus for the convenience. we are like 15-20 min from eagle beach, palm beach is like 5 min or so further, its actually the same coastline, different sections. there is jetskiing avail at eagle beach beach chairs for 10.00 ea, a bar/restaurant o. the beach, we were also close to the waterpark, but into the mountainside in the desert, and our atv vehicle meeting spot was also closeby. no bathtub in the room, but the shower was awesome! nice views from the patio. full fridge, gas stove, microwave, couch, basic cable, two a/c's with remote, pool in the courtyard...should be on the side for privacy, but oh well. covered gazebo for nightime eating/drinking n socializing. and gas grill onsite. hotel shuttle avail! there is a supermarket within walkin distance because the hotel is in the neighborhood Tanki Leendert, numerical address...121-k. type in tanki leendert 121-k. i used waze and got around fine. "

"We were not notified about construction next door and large amount of dust and debris in the pool and on the deck. This was not the fault of the host who responded to our issues and helped to at least temporarily resolve the pool issue. Dust is going to be an issue as long as construction continues which appears to be for the foreseeable future. Need to notify tenants ahead of booking so can decide whether to book or not. The kitchen could be a bit better stocked particularly for longer stays- pasta pot, measuring spoons, larger coffee maker, and let renters know there is a keurig coffee maker. There is no dresser in the master bedroom for storage. The air conditioner and shower hot water were excellent. The 4 beach chairs and cooler were nice to have. Car rental was convenient. Never could get hot water from the 3 sinks. The view from the deck was nice and the location was convenient to the beaches,restaurants and grocery store. The hosts were very pleasant and attentive to our needs. If you rent a car through the host, you need to know to bring cash and to be reminded ahead of time."
