"Room hot, breakfast very basic. TV guide does not match actual channels. "

"The first couple of times we stayed at Travelodge we were very impressed. This trip we were very disappointed that they gave us a room on a floor where the ceiling plaster was falling on the floor in the hallways and they had buckets everywhere. The breakfast menu downgraded to very limited options which was disappointing. Then the last straw was that our room wasn’t made up after our first night. When we asked we were told that they only clean every 2 nights and the cleaning staff was gone for the day. They didn’t take out the garbage, make up the bed, clean the bathroom, replace coffee or give clean towels. VERY DISAPPOINTED!"

"Very bad Experience from the lounge server and from the restaurant staff . One server was asking if I'm a guest or not the other server tried to be funny by suggesting butter chicken to order "

"The overall cleanliness was good, the first night check in was good, with the exception of the houseless people outside. I understand this is out of the hotels control but maybe have someone greeting guests at the door. Make people feel more comfortable. I have worked with houseless individuals so I am more understanding but many people may not be. I struggled to get in contact with reception from my room. They were constantly busy and couldn't take the call. Although two small bottles of water were supplied, reception had no means of filtered water available for guests. I left something in the fridge and it took SEVERAL calls to finally get answers. I was told to call next morning to speak with a manager but no manager was ever available. I was told a manager would call me back but this never happened and I had to call several times to speak with someone. It did get resolved but took a lot of time and hassle on my end."

"Comfy Beds Spacious room Shower area very little light Bathroom tissue and facial tissue are dry and hard? Hotel location in far north Regina with NO restaurants and shopping within walking distance?"

"My son loves the pool. We got there at 245 and wish our room was ready though. Will be requesting an early check in next time. I had a very impatient toddler lol"

"It was the cheapest hotel to book on Expedia and no warning of renovations going on and also no warning of area the property was located as there are lots of homeless people in the parking lot and front entrance. I checked out two days early. Thanks Expedia for a bad experience…"

"It is a hotel that was built when Regina was seeing better days. Nice brass, interesting decor. It is still reasonably clean, but definitely could use an upgrade. I don't want to complain- the staff is reasonably attentive, the parking is convenient and cheap, the location is good. Probably as good as it gets in Regina."
