"Very clean and comfortable "

"This property was well represented in pictures, spotless clean and worked out very well. We had also rented a larger home in Arthur that was "home base" so this was basically used for sleeping and showering. No meals were prepared here although it appeared the kitchen was well supplied although it did not have a dishwasher. The washer and dryer in the basement could be a bit inconvenient for some. This house was perfect for what we needed this week as an "annex" with more room for our family."

"We stayed for two nights at this beautiful property and we enjoyed it very much!! The owners made check in and check out so easy. The place was spotless, the kitchen was very well equipped (we cooked breakfast and one dinner here) and although only five of our family stayed here (we rented another smaller home for the other three) we ate our meals together and the large dining room table for 8 was so comfortable. Our grandsons loved the back yard and loved playing with the provided wiffle ball and bat and other outside toys. We enjoyed the deck while they played. They also loved the basketball hoop and provided basketball out in the front driveway. This home is beautifully landscaped and with the additional air conditioners in the upstairs bedrooms the owners insured all would be cool. We can't say enough about this property and look forward to going back."
