Start your day with a large breakfast on one of the terraces and enjoy the sunshine! There are 10 loungers for sunbathing and a barbecue area for great dinners with friends and family. The terrace has amazing views over the mountains and the villages of Capdepera and Artà. The poolside porch is a shady spot for having lunch. The 9m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 2.5m is private. Please use the exterior shower before and after swimming. The fenced plot where the house is set measures more than 20000m2. There are no neighbors nearby. Indoors, modern style marries traditional Majorcan style. Enjoy a lazy afternoon in the living room with two sofas, satellite-TV and CD-player. The dining area and the well-equipped kitchen with vitro hob are in the same space. The kitchen has also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A shower bathroom is on the ground floor. All five bedrooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, access to the balcony and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The next bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has two single beds. The remaining two bedrooms also have two double beds and A/C, one of them with a wardrobe and access to the balcony. Four of the bedrooms have a wardrobe. A cot and high chair are available on request. A bathroom with bathtub serves the first floor. Three fans and central heating complete the equipment. Artà is a nice town and a 10-20 minutes' drive takes you to the coast and to many nice sand beaches like Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida or Costa dels Pins. Visit also Cala Torta, a small natural bay, and the remains of the talayotic village Ses Païsses, a former tribe who was living more than 3000 years ago. If you fancy going out, have some drinks and dance, Cala Ratjada has a good nightlife and is only a 15 minutes' drive. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. Wir reisten als Großfamilie zu zehnt, davon zwei Babys. Die Wegbeschreibung zum Haus war sehr ungenau und es gab keinerlei Hinweise auf der Straße. Wir suchten fast zwei Stunden lang mit Googlemaps etc. und telefonierten mit der Agentur, die wiederum mit dem Besitzer telefonierte, uns aber nicht den direkten Kontakt ermöglichte. Das war anstrengend und ärgerlich. Irgendwann stellte der Besitzer sein Auto an am Feldweg ab, der zum Haus führte und so kamen wir endlich zum Haus. Das Gebäude ist wunderschön und man sieht, dass es in seinen guten Zeiten einmal gut durchdacht und mit Stil geplant war. Der großzügige Garten lässt ebenfalls ahnen, dass er einmal bessere Zeiten erlebt hat. Das ganze Haus roch modrig und klamm. Wir waren wahrscheinlich die ersten Gäste der Saison und bis dahin wurde noch nicht gelüftet. Der Modergeruch und die feuchte Kälte steckte überall, inkl. im Bettzeug. der Besitzer lachte uns zuerst aus, als wir nach einer Heizung fragten, aber Gott sei Dank brachte er uns am Abend trotzdem für den Aufenthaltsraum eine gasbetriebene Heizung, die uns auch in den nächsten Tagen sehr hilfreich war. Die Räume waren vor unserer Ankunft weder gereinigt noch gelüftet worden. In manchen Badezimmern gab es weder Albstellfläche noch Haken oder Rollos waren defekt. Die Betten zum größten Teil sehr weich und das Bettzeug fürs Aprilwetter zu dünn, abgesehen vom Modergeruch. Der Pool und die Terrasse waren sehr schön gepflegt und sauber. Leider konnten wir ihn wegen des schlechten Wetters kaum nutzen. Das WLAN funktioniert anscheinend in dieser Gegend nicht so gut, dafür kann der Besitzer nichts. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen und Balkonen aus war ebenfalls sehr schön!
